After all, you are not a rock star or a famous movie actor so why would this incredibly hot woman be the slightest bit interested in someone like you?

Have no fears from this moment on. I am going to go over five very specific ways in which karty tarota can combat this horrible social disease from your frame of mind that should last for the rest of your life.

This will not be the last posting on this topic, so make sure you go to this website on a daily basis to read other posts on how to get rid of approach anxiety and other shyness disorders.

1. ACCLIMATE YOURSELF TO YOUR SURROUNDINGS
When you initially walk into a loud nightclub and you are totally alone, you feel like you do not belong there. You will usually just hang out at the bar area, nursing a beer and not talking to anyone because of this negative feeling of not being wanted.

The best way to eliminate this fear is by going to the nightclub during the day, meeting some bartenders or waitresses and just asking some of the people in the club how long they've been working there, what type of people hang out at that club, and general questions about the type of music the DJ plays every weekend.

That sense of belonging to a place will now be yours when you go to that nightclub on a Saturday night. When you see the bartender you talked to earlier, go up to him and shake his hand, say "Hi" and you will start to see the environment change to your benefit.

2. BE SPONTANEOUS!
Don't let approach anxiety creep into your thoughts because you are taking too long to start initially talking to someone. The first time you walk into a club, take a quick look around you and open the closest girl to you. Even better would be to talk to a girl when you are waiting in line to get into a club. That way you are far ahead of the game when you walk through the nightclub's front door.

3. MAKE SURE YOUR BODY LANGUAGE IS FLUID AT ALL TIMES
When you walk slowly through a crowd, women will see you as a leader of men, not a shy coward who holds his head low while making quick movements, hoping no one will see him.

And walking slowly with a measured stride will actually feel great to you as well. This is because walking with powerful steps emotionally attaches power to your own mindset, thus eliminating any negative thoughts you might have had about yourself before you entered the club.

4. WALK CALMLY TOWARDS EVERY HOT WOMAN YOU SEE
Just because you walk towards a hot girl, it does not mean you have to say something to her. But once you start deciding to yourself that you will get close to every really hot woman you see, your body will start thinking that this is the natural order of things, and approaching beautiful women will appear as totally natural to the women you will be opening on a daily basis.

Try all of these technique starting today and you will notice how natural approaching hot women will become in the next week or so, thus eliminating most of your approach anxiety in the process.

If you need pragmatic advice about how to attract women to you in the quickest and most effective ways, go to http://www.MasteringTheArtOfAttraction.com right now!

Dealing With Stress - An Essential Skill

Dealing with stress is one essential skill the modern person has to learn. Stress has now become rather common as more and more demands are placed on us with limited time to deal with them. Many developed countries like the UK are seeing a spike in stress-related medical cases and is increasingly a cause for concern.

But we cannot escape from stress, it's part and parcel of our lives. In fact, a little stress is good, it actually pushes to accomplish tasks we otherwise would not. However, too much stress can lead to mental and physical health issues. In some serious cases, it can even cause death. It was reported recently that an office worker in Singapore committed suicide by jumping into a river because he was too stressed out at work.

There are a few ways to deal with stress if you find yourself in such a situation. But the key is to learn how to relax. When you are under stress, your body tense up and your breathing quicken and become erratic. You can learn some breathing exercise to regulate your breathing again; doing this will heal your body and clear your mind.

Another thing you can do is take time out to participate in your favorite activity. Many people are reluctant to do this because after taking the time out, they still need to go back and face their stress. However, taking the time out to do something you enjoy actually help you relax. And with a clearer mind, you can go back to your stressful task, complete it and produce a quality work. You may find yourself completing the task in a shorter time than you would if you had not taken the time out to relax.

In conclusion, a little bit of stress is good but if you let it get out of hand, it can be life threatening. Learning to recognize what causes your stress is also important and if you can, avoid the situation. Dealing with stress is not difficult and the techniques are easy to implement. If you find yourself in stressful situations, the earlier you deal with it, the better.

If you truly want to way to eliminate dangerous stress levels, I strongly suggest you read more at Conquering Stress which will tell you more on how to get rid of stress without using any medications.

How To Breathe Through Your Next Panic Attack

If you are unfortunate enough to suffer from panic attacks, you will know that there are a wide variety of symptoms. All of them are distressing and can have a negative impact on how you live your life, maybe even causing you to be constantly worried about when your next panic attack will arrive.

By learning to control how you breathe, you can make a vast difference to your panic attacks and, given time and practice, you may even be able to stop them dead in their tracks.

Initially, it may not be easy to breathe into your panic attack. It is worth practicing these breathing exercises so that they will become a natural reaction for you.

Breathing exercises are a simple yet effective way to deal with your panic attacks.

Learning to breathe from the diaphragm

You need to learn how to breathe from your diaphragm. Once you've learned this method, you'll find that it becomes second nature. Initially it may seem a slightly odd way to breathe. Stick with it and you'll see some positive results quite fast.

Breathing from the diaphragm is actually the most natural method of breathing. You used it as a baby but, over time, you have learned other, less natural breathing methods. Now is the time to re-learn!

Place one hand on your abdomen (the part of your body that lies between your chest and your thigh) and the other hand on your chest. As you start to breathe, your chest should remain still and barely moving as you breathe in. Instead, your stomach should expand with the air you are breathing in.

Once you've taken a deep breath in, slowly start to exhale. Imagine that all the air leaves your body as you breathe out.

The aim of this technique is to slow down your breathing. After a few deep breaths, you should be taking around six breaths a minute. Probably quite a few less than the shallow breaths you are taking at the moment.

Your breathing rhythm should be slow and natural. There's no need to rush. Your stomach should rise and fall smoothly. Although I suggested imagining that you are breathing all the air out of your body, keep that thought in your imagination. Don't strain breathing in or out.

If you feel dizzy or light headed when practicing this new breathing method, just stop and relax. Once you are back to normal, start to practice again. Keep up the practice for a few minutes.

Congratulations! Now that you've learned this breathing technique, you can simply apply it whenever you feel the symptoms of a panic attack coming along. At the slightest hint of any of the symptoms, start to breathe from your diaphragm. This alone should reduce the risk of hyperventilating when you next suffer from a panic attack.

For more top tips for dealing with panic attacks and other simple ways to cope, check out this website
tarot karty
osho

What Conditions Cause Panic Attacks?

It is somewhat arbitrary to divide the causes of panic attacks into different categories, because physical, emotional, and spiritual distress are often interwoven. I categorize the causes for ease of discussion only. We have seen that too much adrenaline can cause panic attacks, but what prompts the overproduction of this chemical? The list is quite long.

Physical. For example, dieting, tight clothes, low blood pressure, inner ear problems, and so on.

Emotional/physical. For example, exhausted nerves, causing muscle spasm or hyperventilation.

Emotional. For example. exhausted nerves, causing anxiety or depression

Spiritual. For example, despair, no vision beyond painful reality, or death phobia.

Physical Conditions

Dieting, fasting, and unstable blood sugar levels. Why variations in the level of glucose in the blood cause panic attacks.

Chest hugging, tight clothes, chest problems. Any restriction in the chest can lead to hyperventilation. Hyperventilation is the chief physical cause of panic attacks

Low blood pressure. Low blood pressure can be a potent trigger for panic attacks. It can deprive the brain of oxygen, causing anxiety, dizziness, and even fainting. The opposite advice given to people with low blood pressure than to those with high blood pressure an increase in salt and caffeine intake and stimulation of the circulation system through exercise is suggested. In additional, an infusion of rosemary leaves, or ginseng, or ginkgo bilboa are also used to elevate blood pressure. Garlic can be used to stimulate circulation.

Inner ear problems. Inner ear problems can cause dizziness. It can be very frightening when the world suddenly starts to spin, particularly if it happens while you are outdoors. An attack of vertigo can lead to agoraphobia.

Allergies and side effects of drugs. Allergic reactions and the side effects of some drugs can cause an increase in anxiety and panic attacks. Strangely enough, tranquilizers and anti-depressants also can cause anxiety and panic attacks, particularly at the beginning of treatment.

Drug withdrawal, alcohol withdrawal, and smoking cessation. When any drug that sedates is withdrawn, adrenaline levels rise and panic attacks can occur.

Stuffy nose. A blocked air passage in the nose can lead to hyperventilation and panic

Jet lag. Jet lag can raise the levels of the chemical serotonin in the brain. This increase often raises anxiety levels.

Chronic pain. People in pain often hyperventilate in an attempt to control their discomfort. Unfortunately, this also causes panic.

Infections containing adrenaline. Some people report panic attacks after receiving a local anesthetic from the dentist. Some local anesthetics contain adrenaline.

Prescribed stimulant drugs. Appetite suppressants, steroids, and other prescribed drugs can produce an adrenaline surge.

Heat and exercise. An overheated room can cause a panic attack, as can unaccustomed or strenuous exercise. The adrenaline levels are raised in these cases.

Emotional/Physical Conditions

Exhausted nerves, reduced activity after stressful events, hyperventilation, or frozen emotional pain. These phenomena can all lead to panic attacks

Child abuse. People who have been physically, emotionally, or sexually abused as children frequently suffer panic attacks in adult life.

Tracy Ma trained as a nurse before becoming a counselor and teacher. She has worked with anxious and depressed people for several years, and is the author of Natural Anxiety Cures
Salon Wrozb
sekret
